Wealth Warnings

Creating wealth and the presence of money isn’t bad in and of itself. Each of us is encouraged to work, to obtain means to honor God, live, and become a blessing. Money is an inanimate object that has no feelings or intent and yet it has such powerful corruptive potential. And its corruptive element is greater than the amount of wealth one has, that is; no matter what you have the tendency is to feel like you don’t have enough. And in the process of obtaining it, we can fall into the temptation to treat others as mere means to your own benefit. James builds upon the truths Jesus teaches and provides some healthy Wealth Warnings.
