I know people that say they believe in Jesus. They tell me that all you have to do is say yes to Jesus, and then that belief, that faith saves me. That sounds great but is that all there is? I mean, I understand that you can’t earn God’s love nor his forgiveness, but I see so many people who say they believe, and it doesn’t seem to make any practical difference. If God’s love is so impacting, wouldn’t it make sense that it would prompt you into some type of action? Don’t you think that if you are filled with Jesus that you will overflow into doing something? I think everyone has some reason why that can’t do this or that, maybe they just need to move their big buts!
