Here it is, running out of gas, coming to the end of its time. It’s expected, for some anticipated and for others a sense of dread seems to surround its coming. The reality is that no matter how you feel about it, the present year, filled with its memories, weariness and wonder is passing away. What are you left with then? That is a matter of reflection for you, and I encourage you to do so but remember reflection is not taking up mental residence in the past. So, what now? As you turn from looking at your yesterdays, see where you are today. Then look up, glance ahead at the possibilities of tomorrow. As God to help you deal with what is necessary from last year, then surrender to him anew and ask for a Fresh Start.
