I AM Says Who I am

Pressure – from work expectations, health surprises, grief extravaganzas, assignment stressors, financial demands, relational complexities, etc. The source is significant but no matter, the outcome can remain the same, a surrendering of self to the pressure. And soon, the pressure you so admittingly desire to be free from becomes the very definition of who you are. It is difficult in those seasons to see anything beyond the pain, sorrow and uncomfortableness. We yearn for a time before the grand interruption, we wish to be able to go back. When you are experiencing hurricane conditions it is good to hold onto a lifeline of truth that can anchor your heart and securely tether your identity.
