Meditate – Meditate on Good Things! One of the things the pandemic forced us to reconsider is down time-quiet time, time to think about life and the world around us. What did take place for some was a sense of panic, the loss of control but even within that; there was the opportunity to look deeper at what blessings that surrounded us. The ‘M’, in our C.A.L.M. is to encourage you to ‘Meditate’ on the Good Things that God has brought into or around your life! Frequently seeing the good around you is as simple as noticing the sun raising, some days it is accomplished with disciplined intentionality, and on other occasions it is a wrestling match to fight to see any good beyond the immediate struggle.
